Add 1 envelope to 1L of soy, cow, sheep or goat milk. Stir and incubate 6-8h at 39-41ºC. Use 4 tblspn of yoghurt for the next batch, up to 8 times.

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Ingredients: Prebiotic inulin and oligofructose made of chicory root*, probiotic strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus La-5 and Bifidobacterium BB-12, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus.
