Midzu Kefir starter will allow you to make your own kefir at home - in a natural, healthy, and inexpensive way!
Add the content of 1 envelope to 1 L of soy, cow, sheep or goat milk.
Stir and incubate 24h at room temperature.
Use 4 tblspn of the freshly grown Kefir for the next batch, up to 10 times.
Keep in a cool and dry place.
