Midzu
Typically used for cooking with legumes because it makes them softer and easier to digest. Contains glutamic acid which makes vegetables tender. Its use can reduce the consumption of salt. Selected from the cleanest water of the Atlantic Ocean coast and dehydrated at low temperature.
Ingredients: Organic dried wild atlantic seaweed (Laminaria)
May contain traces of crustaceans
Suggestions for use: Bake with lentils, grains or beans.
Can be added to soups, sautéed vegetables, stews or pies. You can soak for about 30 minutes or just bake (without soaking) in the oven for about 5 minutes at 200 ° C.
White spots may be noticed on seaweed, which are salts that act as a natural preservative.
