Ingredients: 100% quinoa grain (Chenopodium quinoa)
Suggestions for use: Before cooking quinoa rinse well or soak a few hours. Cook as any other cereal in a ratio of 1 cup of water to 1 cup of quinoa and cook for about 15 minutes. Use 2-3 table spoons in the preparation of soup, or to make quinoa drink in the soy milk maker (about 100 g grains to 1.5 litres of water).
